| Well it depend on your situation are you upgrading from xp or vista, are you installing on new blank system? First thing if you are upgrading than make sure you have backup of your docs and other important files or email. To upgrade you need to have a working version of windows running on your system and it should be vista since from xp you can't just upgrade to xp. In any case either by upgrade DVD or full version DVD all you have to do is loading the DVD and go by the steps on your screen. I say you better off installing a fresh windows 7 by going in advace mode and let the system format your drive first and than install your windows 7 but dont forget your backup. After this you need to go and update your windows all the way till it tells you no more update for you right after that install a antivirus and antimalware and you should good be to go on getting back your files from your backup. |
